Mexico City offers so many options for after work activities. Ask your concierge; check the websites that review bars and restaurants and select what kind of experience you want to have.
Remember that some bars and restaurants have discounts during the week, especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
It is customary to work only half a day on Friday. People go to lunch around town and stay with their friends until late, enjoying drinks and food, good conversation and laughter. It can be really loud at times.
Polanco, Condesa and Roma, are the most popular areas of the city to spend the afternoon or early evening with friends. Other areas areas, such as Coyoacan and San Angel, also offer excellent bars and restaurants to visit. you can also go to Regina street in Down Town (Centro Historico), where you’ll find many other great options.
